All our workers have been selected through a detailed and comprehensive recruitment procedure and hold an enhanced disclosure carried out through the Disclosure and Barring Service. The service we offer is provided by trained Workers who have the skills to meet the needs of the service users.
My college thorough recruitment procedures ensure that we employ ideally suited candidates, personally interviewed by one of our trained consultants and thoroughly vetted to determine their skills and experience.
They are trained in Manual Handling, Emergency First Aid, Infection Control and Health & Safety.
We constantly ensure staff are developed to their maximum potential which ensure they can undertake their role in a safe and proper manner with minimal risks and provide good quality care to all service users.
